Orchid Cigarettes Dubai is a cigarette manufacturing company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with over 35 years of experience in the tobacco industry. We specialise in the production of cigarettes for house brands, private label clients and contract manufacturing partners, supplying distributors and importers across international markets.
Who we are
Orchid Cigarettes Dubai is a dedicated cigarette manufacturer, covering the complete production process: tobacco blending, rod formation, filter assembly, quality control and packaging. Our experience spans more than three decades of consistent production for clients across multiple regions, giving us a deep understanding of the technical, regulatory and commercial requirements involved in cigarette manufacturing at scale.

Manufacturing capability
Our facility in Dubai is equipped to manufacture cigarettes across multiple sizes and formats, including King Size, Super Slim, Slim, 100s, 120s and Shorts. Our production process follows a structured sequence: tobacco preparation and conditioning, blend mixing, rod formation, filter tipping, quality inspection and final packaging, with defined quality checkpoints at every stage to ensure consistency across production runs.
We support both private label and white label manufacturing models, alongside our own house brands, giving clients flexibility depending on their brand development needs and timelines.
